Minut offers an excellent product that's super easy to set up, gives a fantastic overview of data, and keeps me informed that my apartment is under watch when I'm not around. The battery lasts quite a while, needing a recharge roughly every six months. I'd suggest it to anyone wanting a straightforward way to keep an eye on their place without the hassle of installing a camera system or anything like that. Keep doing what you're doing!

Minut has provided us with another insight into what's happening at our place when we're not around, and it doesn't bother our guests or us. We only receive helpful alerts from Minut (like when the noise level is too high for an extended period, or if the temperature goes beyond a specific limit in our rental). Regarding privacy, we include a note about it in our house manual, and we've never faced any objections.

This product is fantastic! A sensor that’s powered directly, along with options for USB charging or 12VDC, would really enhance it. Customer service could use some improvement, though.

The biggest issue this company faces is that they offer a fantastic product but lack phone support and have poor online assistance. It might take you up to two weeks to sort out problems that could be fixed in a single minute-long call, since they don’t provide any live support either. The back-and-forth messaging to address an issue is just awful. I can't recommend them until they introduce phone support.

Britney was fantastic! She really took the time to hear my concerns, offered some great solutions, and even said sorry for the website hiccups on behalf of the company. That’s what I call top-notch customer service. I felt like a 5-star customer!

Overall, the noise sensor does its job pretty well in my Airbnb. The software can be a bit glitchy, like it occasionally disconnects from my router, and I need to reset it, but it's mostly fine. Support is decent, though it can take a bit to get a response, and I've received incorrect advice before my issue was escalated to the engineers for a closer look.

The staff and assistance crew are truly amazing; they’re super committed and are right there to assist with any issues in no time. No need to follow up with these folks! They consistently respond fast and bring a positive resolution.

Minut gadgets really help us with managing our Airbnb, keeping us safe from guests who don’t follow the no party rules and also from annoying complaints from the neighbors. Plus, with the humidity tracking, we were able to step in before moisture took over one ceiling last winter.

Frequent User of Minut! Really dig the gadget. But, man, the customer support is totally lacking. I signed up for the standard service with a free trial (£120) and got charged right away. Honestly, getting responses was a nightmare. I tried sending messages and adding one. Zip. My Airbnb party went on, and I ended up with some damages. I shot an email to Minut for a refund, but no reply. If someone’s keeping an eye on this, please drop me an email. Before I go ahead and file a chargeback with my bank.

For a few years now, I've had Minut set up at my Airbnb after dealing with some really wild parties.
